  • Black pepper
  • Oyster sauce
  • Starch
  • Baking soda (optional)

  1. Preparing Beef: Cut beef into thin strips (about 4cm – 5cm / 1.5 - 2 inches). Season with 2g (0.07 ounces) baking soda (optional), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of starch, then mix well. Wait for 10 minutes.

  2. Hot Pepper and Garlic Prepping: Cut hot pepper into thin strips just like beef strips (4cm – 5cm / 1.5 - 2 inches), cut garlic into slices.
